Bradford Regional Medical Center, Olean General Hospital and the Cattaraugus County Health Department are interested in learning about the health of the residents in McKean County, PA and Cattaraugus County, NY. Your input in this process is very important. We are asking that you complete this survey that will help us to identify the needs of our community so that we can work together to address those needs. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, and we ask that you please complete by January 31, 2022.
