NCGMA Grant Application for AGMT Testing

NCGMA appreciates and supports your AGMT testing efforts.

NCGMA will reimburse NCGMA contractor members for sending up to 10 glaziers to take the Architectural Glass & Metal Technician (AGMT) test.

STAR offers a one day prep course that is voluntary.  Please DO NOT PAY your glaziers for taking this STAR prep course.  Also, you cannot apply for a grant for this prep course.  Grant only applies to test day.

Testing verification must be completed before the grant is issued.  Maximum reimbursement is $727.60 per employee (one day at straight time/employee) for up to 10 employees maximum per contractor member, per year. Employees who fall under the Sacramento wage rate sheet will be reimbursed $636.80 per employee.

Registration is required for both the prep course and/or the test and participants MUST have 7,000 hours of glazing experience.  Hours will be confirmed through HS&BA.

To schedule testing, contact Sarah Schulz at 510-782-7827 or contact@dc16star.org.

Thank you for helping to ensure the highest quality and safety standards in our local glazing industry.
