Connection Care Kits are FREE special packages created to help seniors and people with disabilities build stronger social connections and stay engaged. Each kit includes fun activities and resources to encourage interaction, build friendships, and try new things.
The goal of these kits is to reduce loneliness, help people connect with others, and provide ways to enjoy meaningful experiences. The activities are designed to be easy and inclusive so that everyone can take part, no matter their abilities.
