Sub Engineer Maintenance (Local Fabrication)

Location: PFL Site, Multan

Education:  DAE Mechanical / B. Tech Mechanical

Experience: 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (Machine shop, local fabrication & Maintenance
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive LFC , evaluate jobs physically and evaluate the criticality and nature of job.
• Depute relevant manpower and resources for the job and give detailed instructions on job performance procedures and
  special checks regarding QC. Provide inputs for listing down
• Supervise and control all the on-floor LFC jobs at all steps to ensure all quality standards are met.
• Monitor and maintain safety stock Level (SSL) of items coded in LFC.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, MWH and other interfaces for approval of LFC requisitions, CSTs etc.
• Hand over completed jobs to relevant customers after QA/QC checks. Issue approved LFC reports to relevant customers.
• Arranging of spares / services from market / material warehouse for the execution of job.
• Provide inputs for preparations of annual budget, job planning etc.
• Conduct training sessions as per training plans and skill enhancement plans to relevant staff in his area. Deliver practical demonstrations on the site as well.
• Ensure implementation of safe work practices for safe, consistent and efficient operations;
• Responsible for safety of personnel and the equipment in line with Company’s Safety Policy his area of responsibility
• Create awareness regarding safe repair / maintenance practices within the team
