Black River Falls Public Library Community Survey

The Black River Falls Public Library is conducting a survey to learn more about our community’s library experience. What do you value about the library, what services and programs do you use, and what would you like to see from the library in the future as part of our strategic planning process? Even if you do not have a library card or have not visited the library in the past year, your responses are important for future planning purposes. If you have used the library in the past year, please think about your experiences with our services, programs, and staff when responding to this survey.

All responses are strictly confidential and will only be shared in summary format with the Library’s staff and Board. The survey report will be used to plan future services and programs.

If you have any questions about this survey or would like assistance in responding, please contact Tammy Peasley, Library Director, at 715-284-4112 or t.peasley@wrlsweb.org

This survey should take you about 5-10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time!
