Brewer Economic Development 2023 Retail Consumer Survey

Help us find out how and where you like to shop, dine, and play.  Three lucky winners will be drawn at random for people who live, work or shop in the Bangor/Brewer area that take our survey:

This survey is being carried out by the Brewer Department of Economic Development to determine shopping patterns and preferences of people living, working or shopping in Brewer and surrounding shopping districts. Your answers to the questions will remain anonymous.  The only information made public will be the statistical analysis of the data obtained from all surveys.  Please answer all of the questions fully.  Surveys count only if they are fully answered.

PRIZE RULES
By participating in the Brewer Consumer Survey you are eligible to be selected for prizes consistent with the following Rules:
PROMOTION TIMING: The Prize entry period begins on February 6, 2023 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 14, 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Winners will be selected by random drawing at various time periods and for various prizes. If a prize is not claimed within 30 days from end of Promotion Period, that prize will be forfeited. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any.
ACCEPTANCE OF RULES: Entry in this promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable and not negotiable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to legal residents of Maine who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in the United States at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of City of Brewer, Hollywood Casino, Collins Center, Waterfront Concerts, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, franchisees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, their advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Eligibility is subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. 
PRIZE DRAWINGs: On or about April 3 2023, and April 17, 2023, the City of Brewer will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
