1. About this survey
This survey is designed to get a picture of your overall experience of working with others and then to focus on people who are difficult and challenging to work with. We want to get a sense of the nature of the challenges. We also want to focus on one person, find out why they were difficult to work with and also understand how the person was managed.
While we recognise that working with customers can also be very challenging, this survey focuses on people in your team or those colleagues you work closely with.
