Thank you for your interest in serving on the Texas Real Estate Commission's Broker Responsibility Advisory Committee (BRAC).
BRAC is composed of:
- Two public members
- Seven broker members who hold an active real estate broker license issued by the Commission and have been engaged in the practice of brokerage activity for at least five years prior to appointment.
BRAC is seeking to fill two public member positions and one broker member position for service beginning January 1, 2027. Members will be appointed by the Commission during its November 9, 2026 meeting.
