UWSEMO 33rd Annual Golf Tournament 

Individual Player Registration Form

$130 per player
We will require masks on the patio and inside the building and when interacting with another team. Hole Sponsors with booths and activities will be asked to wear a mask when interacting with golfers. Beverage carts, UWSEMO staff, and CGCC Staff will be required to wear a mask when interacting with golfers. We will have plenty of hand sanitizer!
