What is a GEM Award?

The GEM Award honors non-nursing Summit Healthcare employees who personify Summit Healthcare's Initiative for Non-Stop Excellence (SHINE) standards. These employees consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical and/or customer service expertise. They are recognized as outstanding role models in our organization.
