The UTMSU Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday, November 23 from 5PM-7PM (ET). This form is designated for UTMSU members interested in attending the upcoming AGM. All fields must be filled before submitting this form. A Zoom link for this meeting will be sent to your UToronto email on November 23, 2021.

The deadline to complete this form is Wednesday, November 17 at 5PM.
