The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

To obtain all CME credits, participants should attend all meetings sessions and evaluate all the ePoster content. All are included for evaluation in this survey. Please contact lsrs@lsrs.org with any questions or concerns. Please allow 14 days from the time your evaluation was submitted for your CME certificate to be issued.

Directions on completing the evaluation: Once you have accessed the evaluation, you can go back to previous pages in the survey and update existing responses until the evaluation is finished.
In order to do this, you will need to use the same device the evaluation was started on. If you exit before completion, your responses will be captured, however you will not see your previous answers when you go back to complete the form.
