2026 SJWC Downtown Christmas Vendor Village Application Form Survey

Thank you for being interested in setting up a vending space at the 2026 Downtown Christmas Vendor Village on Saturday, December 5th. Our event will be open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It will include Santa, music, activities for kids, and the "ice" rink for Skating on the Square. This is the 2nd year the Somerset Junior Woman's Club will be hosting this event and we are very excited to have you with us!

SAVE THIS INFORMATION: Set-up time will be from NOON to 1:45 PM. You must provide your own tables, chairs, signage, ways to display your goods, and a pop-up canopy or truck/trailer. Most all of you will be on the Judicial Center Plaza, but we may need to place some food trucks or trailers in the city parking lot or in parking spots next to the plaza area. If you can use a generator for electricity, please do. If you need access to electricity, you MUST let us know now when registering.
The Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce has reserved the Lake Cumberland Farmers Market for our use in the event of inclement weather. You will see more about that in the registration form. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event.
We will do as much publicity as possible between November 1st and December 5th to include radio, newspaper, social media, and printed flyers. We also need YOU to help promote this event. The bigger and better WE ALL make it, the more people will attend and the more money can be made. Be sure to share our social media posts whenever you can and let your customers and friends know YOU will be there!
**And to thank you if you were a vendor at the SJWC "FALLoween with Zombie Walk," there is a $10.00 discount for your participation in this event.

The Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade will be held the same day, beginning at 6:00 PM, so there will be LOTS of people downtown. More than likely there will also be other fun activities going on in the downtown area throughout the day to bring people in before time to watch the parade. There WILL be some slower foot traffic earlier and while the parade comes through the area, so be patient! They WILL come!
