We just need to know a couple of things...

In 2026, our Welcome Function is set to impress. It will follow our well received structured approach where the first part of the evening will provide an intimate setting that will allow you the chance to mingle, chat, and get to know your fellow delegates.

The last hour of the event will have some fabulous games, prize giveaways, and dance music for those who like to let loose.

We just need to know:
- Firstly, if you are joining us for our Welcome Function.
- Secondly, whether you have any specific dietary needs. Please let us know below.

Dietary Requirements

Velg Training will always ensure that there are Gluten Friendly and Vegetarian options available as part of the standard food and beverage menu (i.e.: if you are vegetarian – don’t worry! There will be vegetarian options to select at every break – we just need to know how many to cater for).


Please note:
- Gluten Friendly is the current industry terminology used to describe that food does not include Gluten – however the commercial kitchen in which the food is being prepared is not completely Gluten Free (e.g. airborne flour or crumbs may be present in the kitchen)

- Every possible precaution will be taken to ensure that specially prepared menu items are allergen free, however, certain items may still contain allergens as they are prepared in facilities that process milk, egg, soy, sesame, nuts and seafood.

If you have an ALLERGY, or cultural/faith-based dietary requirement, we need you to specify so that, where necessary, individually prepared meals can be catered for and made available at the ‘special dietary buffet’ which will be clearly signed.

E.g.: Coeliacs are catered for on the dietary buffet – and all meals suitable for coeliacs are prepared separately to avoid cross-contamination.
