Production Roles for Conference (review prior to signing up)
The goal of Production Staff for the conference is to provide a straightforward and reliable platform for presenters to provide their learning opportunities. Our team will help participants to engage with the current topic of discussion and encourage learners to follow Participation Guidelines for Empathetic Dialogues.
Session Moderator:
Moderators will introduce speakers, provide basic presentation housekeeping (scripting will be provided), and announce the transition to Q&A portions of the presentation (if appropriate).

DEI Production Assistant:
DEI Production Assistants will monitor chat & Q&A tools, prioritize questions / comments, help redirect chat to the topic of the current session, and assist with providing basic DEI appropriate information in the chat & QA tools (if requested by the speaker). A strong background in DEI work is preferred for this role. This role does not engage leaners directly unless requested by speaker.

Zoom Specialist Production:
The Zoom Specialist Production Leads and Assistants will use Zoom Webinar functions to spotlight speakers, manage ASL & CART interpreters, scan the chat and Q&A for tech issues, etc. NOTE: Prior experience with Zoom spotlighting and other technical functions is a requirement for this role.
