APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
  • APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday, January 9, 2023 at 11:59pm (PST). 
  • Participants will be notified by Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
  • You CANNOT save your work and come back at a later time. We recommend you write all essay responses in another document and paste them into the online application.   • You must complete the entire application to apply. Partially completed applications will not be reviewed.

ELIGIBILITY:
For all ACTIVATE programs, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Participants must live, work or study in LA County.
  • Participants must be able to commit to all sessions.
  • Participants will be selected to represent the broad geography and demographics of Los Angeles County.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older to apply.
