Livable Streets: What Does Placemaking Mean To You?

The Livable Streets Initiative will be Portland's roadmap to encouraging and implementing placemaking and community uses in the public right-of-way. From block parties to pedestrian plazas, Livable Streets activities look to open Portland's streets for people.
