All CHOP postdoctoral fellows and physician fellows supported by T32, F32 or related research training grants are required to self-report attendance at BPP events at the end of the programming year (June 2016). Your active attendance at events and utilization of services will ensure that CHOP can maintain this partnership and provide free enrollment each year.

To maintain good standing as a CHOP-sponsored member of the University of Pennsylvania Biomedical Postdoctoral Program (BPP), we request that you attend at least five BPP events and one UPenn Career Services development/counseling session within each year of enrollment.

Please take a moment to report your attendance at the listed events, taking place between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016. This data will be verified with UPenn records.
