BPD Monitoring Team: Second-Year Plan Survey

The Consent Decree Monitoring Team has issued for public comment the draft of a second-year monitoring plan intended for structuring and assessing the compliance of the Baltimore Police Department (“BPD”) and the City of Baltimore (“City”) with the court-approved Consent Decree that BPD and the City entered into with the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”) in 2017. The draft plan can be found at (INSERT LINK WHEN AVAILABLE).  The public comment period runs from December 21, 2018, through January 24, 2019. The Monitoring Team, BPD and DOJ will consider the comments received, incorporate the comments into the monitoring plan as warranted, and submit a final proposed monitoring plan to the Court for review and approval on February 5, 2019.
