Based on member feedback your EA negotiation committee have developed this Log of Claims. 
The most common response from members is that you don't want to lose anything.  This Log of Claims is about keeping every entitlement/condition you have currently and working on enhancements. 
Your Negotiating Committee is seeking your approval of this Log so that we can begin negotiating with Keolis Downer.
We will have member meetings at Depots in the next few weeks to explain the Log in more detail, but so we can get started please do fill in this survey to let us know what you think before negotiations commence.
We will negotiate for the EA to go for up to 4 years from Nov 2021 to Nov 2025.

1. To keep all our current entitlements and conditions in the EA.
 
2. To seek a real pay increase that acknowledges the impact of our Income Protection Clause in that 2% per year can be taken out through the rosters.
 
3. To include a consultation clause so that members can have input into structural, policy and other changes Keolis Downer make that affect working condtions.

4. A provision for the employer to reimburse medical costs associated with maintaining employment  
 
5. A provision for the employer to pay, or reimburse, any costs associated with the legal requirements linked to us maintaining employment (for example, working with children check, driver authority card etc)

6. To include into the Enterprise Agreement any conditions or entitlements of work that exist only in Policy

7. To update the provisions of the Enterprise Agreement according to changes in legislation
