This survey is an opportunity for BPA members and other companies and organizations in Maryland’s energy efficiency industry to share their workforce needs and barriers to hiring.

We will use findings to educate key decision-makers on workforce needs in the EE industry, including the Maryland Public Service Commission, EmPOWER Future Programming Work Group members, and state policymakers.
