ClinicalKey Challenge Team Registration for IMU iLRF 2023

Register as a team of 4 for the ClinicalKey Challenge.
IMU has access to ClinicalKey and ClinicalKey for Nursing. Each team member must register for a personal account. You can use the same login details on both accounts. It is also advisable to activate Remote Access on your personal account.
 
If you have not activated your ClinicalKey personal account, follow these instructions to create an account
 
Use your IMU email ID to create the account

4.Team Member 1 Name and Year(Required.)
5.Team Member 2 Name and Year(Required.)
6.Team Member 3 Name and Year(Required.)
7.Team Member 4 Name and Year(Required.)
8.Visit ClinicalKey or ClinicalKey for Nursing. Each team member should register for a personal account (if not done so already) by following the instructions at the top of the page. Take a screenshot of the home page with your name in the top right corner. Combine all screenshots into a single MS-Word file and upload below.(Required.)
