BOCES Intent to Participate

The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) recognizes that Boards of Cooperative Educational Services support local educational agencies (LEAs) in the State in administering federal funds under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), reauthorized as the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).  In order to better coordinate and support LEAs and BOCES through the application for ESSA funds, CDE is requesting BOCES provide information regarding their intent to participate in the application cycle in advance.  The information provided will be used to grant appropriate access to member district and consortia participant applications in the Consolidated Application for ESEA Funds online platform, as well as verify the information collected in the acceptance, relinquishment, assignment, and certification (ARAC) form.
