Dear Neighbour,

We are asking our community about what residents would like to see happen at Creeds Farm Living and Learning Centre.

As a neighbour of Creeds Farm, we would like to know what you think.

We would be very grateful if you would fill in our short online survey, or alternatively come in and have a chat – we would love to see you. Our office is staffed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am to 4pm. All of your personal details will be confidential and will not be given to anyone else.
