Village of St. Johnsville Downtown Survey

We Need Your Help to Compete for a Chance to Receive over $2 Million in Grants

Governor Hochul recently announced Round 3 of the NY Forward grant program. This program was created in 2022 specifically to invigorate and enliven smaller downtowns, hamlets and neighborhood-scale municipal centers in rural areas. Each of the State’s ten Regional Economic Development Councils (REDCs) will have $10 million in funding to award. Up to three communities in the Mohawk Valley will receive grants ranging from $2.25 million to $4.5 million to revitalize their downtowns.

This grant would help us improve our community and invest in public projects that will benefit residents and visitors alike. Please take this survey and let us know what you think. Your answers will help us formulate and prioritize local projects that would enhance our historic community, and strengthen our NY Forward Grant Application. Grant applications are due in October, so please complete your responses by September 30, 2024.
