Help shape the design of Purpleville Park! Introduction A new neighbourhood park is being planned to serve the local community in the Teston Road and Pine Valley Drive area and we want your input.Purpleville Park will be located at 140 Brant Dr., between Greville Street to the east and Ballantyne Boulevard to the west.Based on guidelines and targets in the City’s Active Together Master Plan, the new park is planned to have junior and senior playgrounds, racquet sport courts, a wheeled sports zone (e.g. skateboarding), a mini soccer field and a gathering space with a shade structure.InstructionsThis survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and will cover the following topics: Use of nearby parks Playground equipment and style Shade structure size and style Racquet sport court design Wheeled sports zone design Additional amenities Overall park layout Use of open space If you require alternative formats or need assistance understanding the maps, images or any other content, please contact Marc Varone, Project Manager, Facilities and Parks Delivery at marc.varone@vaughan.ca or 905-832-2281 ext. 3798.Notice of collectionPersonal information in this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will be used to inform the design of Purpleville Park and provide updates about the project.
