Introduction to Survey #2


Welcome! This survey examines the strategic priorities your initiative supports, what funds have been raised for them, and how the priorities were designed.

This survey in brief: We ask 38 total questions, including 8 short background questions. Only 4 survey questions require data pulls. To avoid any lost data, we strongly recommend writing down your answers to questions 15, 17, 20, and 21 before starting the survey. You can find a complete copy of the survey questions in PDF here.

All organizations must complete survey #1 before taking any other survey in this series. Once you complete survey #1, your organization will receive a code to use for the rest of the series.

To be included in the final analytical report, please submit this survey by Friday, January 30th, 2026. If you have any other questions about the survey series, please consult our FAQs or email us.
