On January 4, 2022, Mayor Eric Adams announced Executive Order 2 also known as Small Business Forward. This survey serves to capture the experience of small business owners who have received violations from the city in 2021, to assess the most common violations based on location and industry. Please note there will be a second short survey where small business owners will have the opportunity to share their experiences with compliance and enforcement.
