Sub Engineer Field Maintenance (Nitric Acid)

Location: PFL Site, Multan Education:  DAE Mechanical Experience: 15 years of relevant experience with 7-8 years experience of  process / fertilizer industry.   Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Directly supervise maintenance activities regarding predictive &amp; preventive maintenance of stationary and rotary equipment.</li>
<li>Carry out routine corrective maintenance on daily basis; Assist for the development of SOPs.</li>
<li>Maintain historical record of maintenance data of stationary and rotary equipment of FM Nitric Acid Plant; Duty and shift roster and delegation of routine and non-routine jobs.</li>
<li>Give inputs for ATA (Annual Turn Around) Planning and effective execution thereof for plant shut down.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance to safe work practices for safe, consistent and efficient operations; responsible for safety of personnel and the equipment in line with Company's Safety policy.</li>
<li>Responsibility for keeping the team motivated. Constructing Techinal trainings and practical demonstration.</li>
<li>Assist area engineer in planning the following years budget based on the preventive plan, spare consumption pattern and reliability improvement plan.</li>
