CITY OF SHELBY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN Survey

Shelby is updating its Capital Improvements Plan. The plan will be a budgeting and financial tool used by the City Council for maintaining and improving capital facilities such as streets, water systems, sewer, stormwater, buildings, parks and trails, and equipment. The Council would like your advice on selecting and prioritizing the City's most important needs. Capital improvements include but are not limited to items owned and operated by the City, such as water lines, sewer treatment plants, heavy equipment, and buildings.

Storm water drainage improvements along Roosevelt and Galena Streets; wellfield water system improvements; sewer system improvements at the lagoon; street paving; Splash Park; Swimming Pool gutters, interior painting & roof; Krysko Skate Park; Meadowlark Park improvements; Main Street Shelby sign; exterior painting and new roof - Historic Shelby Town Hall; demolition of Bitterroot School; Improvements to the Historic Shelby High gym; tree planting/maintenance; welcome signs; interior painting/improvements at Shelby Civic Center; mountain bike trail; NETA industrial park; and Roadrunner Recreation Trail asphalt sealing.
