Hello Fremont Elementary Families! 

We are looking to gather feedback on both fundraising and use of PTA funds for our school! We are hoping you can take a few minutes to take this brief survey to provide us with your input!

1.My family participates in at least one fundraising event per year(Required.)
2.If there was an option to do so, my family would rather donate once at the beginning of the year then participate in the fundraisers held throughout the year.(Required.)
3.If the PTA were to allocate funds towards a larger purchase/item for our school, what would you suggest this be?(Required.)
