This program currently only applies to Sebago Fiber customers in the Sebago Grant area, including the Town of Sebago and adjoining areas of Hiram, Baldwin, & Naples. Click here to see a map of the grant service area.
Fill out this survey to show that you, your dependent, or someone in your household qualifies for the GPCOG Sebago Lakes Region Affordability Program. You can qualify through certain government assistance programs or through your income (you do not need to qualify through both).

You are eligible for this program if:
- Your household income is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- You (or someone in your household) participates in one of the following programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, also called Food Stamps)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Medicaid
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- Veterans Pension or Survivor Benefit Programs
- Free and Reduced Lunch
- General Assistance
- Lifeline
If you qualify, your household will be eligible for the Sebago Fiber $30/month internet plan.
