* 9. I am aware that a primary goal of Victoria Minor Hockey Association (VMHA) is the personal and athletic development of each player and that winning is a secondary achievement. The approach of coaches and team staff during the year shall be one of fair play and development for all players. I agree that any behavior on my part that would be contrary to the above aims may forfeit my role with VMHA. I agree to, and will sign and return the Code of Conduct to rep@victoriaminorhockey.ca

* 10. The Vancouver Island Amateur Hockey Association (VIAHA) has a policy regarding equal ice time for minor hockey teams on Vancouver Island. It is directed at recreational and competitive teams and indicates that all players are to receive equal ice time. The bulletin states: "We are not in the business to win games...in minor hockey we are in the business to introduce children to hockey and to teach valuable life skills that they will hopefully take with them into adulthood." Do you agree?
