November 2025- Willow and Wind- A Grief Community Course

We have named our course on grief “Willow and Wind" because we want to honor both the tenderness of loss and the strength found in remembrance. The willow symbolizes resilience, flexibility, and grace—able to bend in sorrow without breaking. The wind represents the forces of change, the unseen currents of memory, emotion, and healing. Together, Willow and Wind reflects the journey through grief: unpredictable yet survivable, painful yet filled with moments of quiet strength, love, and transformation.
1.First and Last Name(Required.)
Our group will consist of three weekly meetings with the opportunity to meet individually with our counselor, Brad. We will be sending an email with the link the week prior to each meeting. Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early if you'd like some quiet time or one-on-one conversation before we begin.

During our time together, we will explore:

- Introductions and Expectations for the Group
- The unique, individual nature and experience of grief
- Moving along two rails of grief:
- Missing and Remembering
- Writing New, Honoring Chapters
- The Emotions of Grief
- The Stages of Adapting To a Life We Didn’t Choose

This group is your space and is here for whatever you need—whether that's sharing, listening, or simply being present. Brad has also created space in his personal schedule for individual conversations that a participant may not feel comfortable sharing in the group setting.
2.Email(Required.)
The dates for this group are November 3rd, 10th, and 17th from 8:00-9:00 PM, ET.
3.Are you able to attend at these dates and times?(Required.)
