The Student-Faculty Programs office manages several summer undergraduate research programs-the largest being SURF. This summer we expect to have about 400 students participating in one of our campus programs (and over 850 if we count those working at JPL!) We have long recognized that providing a strong experience for our summer students requires a large team effort. And, you are part of that team! Thank you for all that you have done for the students and our programs.

This year you have been listed by one or more SFP mentors as an administrative contact. This means different things to different mentors. For SFP it simply means having an additional resource that we can go to for help with issues that might arise over the summer. We would like to invite you to an Information Session so that we can further introduce you to our programs, share with you our expectations for students and faculty mentors, and answer any questions you might have.
