Feedback for the Legislation Review Panel

The Queensland Deputy Premier Steven Miles has invited the UOAQ to participate in a Legislation Review Panel. The UOAQ has recommended that the Government formally gather more feedback from Strata Owners and Occupiers. This survey takes about 20 minutes and is a simple start to collect your feedback to a few simple aspects of strata living.  We wish to review the following subjects;
  1. Body Corporate Committee
  2. Major Decisions
  3. Delivery of Building Services
  4. Letting Services
  5. Building Classification
  6. Dispute Resolution via the BCCM Office
  7. Major Dispute Resolution via QCAT
  8. Strata Living
  9. You and Your Building
