Public Survey

The City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code (UDC) is the central document that outlines the rules and guidelines that regulate how the City is built. The UDC can affect many aspects of our daily life by addressing zoning, land use, the size of blocks, frequency, spacing, and design of streets, parking requirements, and more.

The Planning Department is evaluating the existing development code to inform recommended changes that will more effectively guide the growth and development of the city in accordance with the adopted SA Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan. Your responses will help guide our vision and priorities. Your input is important to us and will remain confidential.
