WELCOME TO THE WATER NEXUS QUESTIONNAIRE

ON CONTEXT, CURRENT PRACTICES, BARRIERS & OPPORTUNITIES FOR WATER PROGRAMS IN BELGIAN DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION

[Questionnaire en français ici]

The Water Nexus project is a policy support research project financed by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (DGD) and conducted by a consortium of Belgian universities. The outcomes are used to map the Belgian actors in the water domain and to develop a consolidated Belgian water strategy for development cooperation programs. For this purpose, we have developed questionnaires to document the context, current practices, barriers, and opportunities.

A range of actors in the water sector and development cooperation has been invited. The actors include NGOs, academic and educational institutions, and public and private companies.

The survey will be open until June 15, 2019. Results and recommendations for a new Belgian water strategy are expected by autumn 2019.

We thank you for participating in this study. Your participation is important and will provide key information for a coherent and impactful Belgian water strategy.
