會員有權隨時向香港製衣同業協進會秘書處查閱及更新所提供的資料。

*PRIVACY POLICY 私隱政策

The data collected will be used by the Secretariat of HKAS for direct marketing and non-direct marketing purposes. HKAS will do this through various communication channels, including direct-mail, email, telephone and facsimile by using your data. The data collected will be treated in strictest confidentiality. HKAS will not disclose any data provided by you to any external bodies or organisations unless you have previously agreed.

香港製衣同業協進會將收集之資料，作直接或非直接的推廣用途，並透過不同 的通訊平台，包括郵寄、電郵、電話及傳真等方式使用。所有資料將絶對保 密；如未取得閣下同意，有關資料不會披露予第三方或其他機構。

13. 注意事項 - 會員條款及細則:
1)   成功申請者將獲發會員証書及規章一本。
2) 「香港製衣同業協進會」保留接受或拒絕任何申請，而毋須給予原因。
3) 「香港製衣同業協進會」會籍不得轉讓，只限該名登記公司使用。
4)   會員須出示有效的會員証書，以享用「「香港製衣同業協進會」專有優惠。
5) 「香港製衣同業協進會」有權終止不正當使用會員會籍及取消其優惠。
6) 「香港製衣同業協進會」 有權終止或暫停會員會籍及保留修改、更正或終止會員優惠之最終權利，而不作另行通知。
如有任何爭議，概以「香港製衣同業協進會」之決定為準。
