4.When you send IBM i data to the cloud (for things like emailing documents, cloud archiving or web APIs), where are your forms and labels actually created?

Right on the IBM i (Native): The documents are generated locally on Power systems before being sent to the cloud.

On a separate server (Hybrid): The IBM i sends raw data to a separate Windows or Linux server (on-premise or in the cloud) where the documents are built.

Entirely in the Cloud (SaaS): Data goes straight to a third-party cloud app that handles both the processing and creation.

We don't currently connect our IBM i forms or labels to the cloud.

5.If your company loses internet connectivity or faces a cloud outage, can your shipping docks or production floors still generate and print their critical forms and labels?

Yes: Everything runs locally on the IBM i, so an internet outage doesn't stop our printing at all.

No: Our labeling and forms software relies on an active internet or cloud connection to function.

Partially: We can print basic or cached formats, but we can't process new, live data until the connection is back.

Unsure: We haven't tested what happens to our printing during an internet or cloud outage.
