Local artists and organizers in Baltimore are working to establish a Black Arts and Entertainment district along the West Pennsylvania Avenue thoroughfare.  By completing this survey, you will help us capture data regarding the artists, art enterprises, and artistic assets already present in historic West Baltimore.
