Benchmarks' Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Interest Survey

This Survey Will Close Tuesday,
(April 28, 2020) At Noon
 
Please take a moment to review the following questions related to a potential bulk order of a variety of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by Benchmarks for our members.
 
We want you to be aware that while the company has been fairly well vetted, Benchmarks' will also doubly verify the information we have received in order to ensure the integrity of any purchase.   This group has made successful deliveries in the past two weeks to Atrium (Charlotte), Novant, and UNC Nash, which is great news!  We have received references to support the information we received over the phone.
 
The products ARE manufactured in and delivered from China by chartered flight.
 
Below, we have outlined each product (including the details that we have received so far), the product minimums required, the cost per piece and questions about your agencies interest. 
 
Note that the cost per piece outlined includes the price for the chartered flight which may vary slightly depending on the day.  Once we received the results of the survey and have a better understanding of interest, (and if we have enough to move forward) the final rates will be re-quoted with the exact rate for the charter flight factored in.
 
We will also need to know if your agency is able to electronically transfer purchase money to Benchmarks' or if you will need to send a paper check for your order.  Some of the pieces may need to move quite quickly.

We will continue to keep you posted as this evolves.  We have not nailed down plans yet for how to get the product from Benchmarks to the agencies, but are leaning towards as agencies to arrange for pick up from us.
