In December 2016, the County Board approved a $3.9 million contract (including contingency) with VMDO, Inc. to plan and design the new center.  Since that time the community, VMDO and staff have worked together to develop a vision and scheme for the new center.  Please share your thoughts regarding the new scheme here.
