Lincoln School Park Renovation Survey #3

The Survey will be open until midnight on Sunday, September 2, 2018.

You can also submit your ideas in hard copy, by sending them to Pamayla Bowers , Eugene Parks and Open Space, 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene, OR 97402.

This survey contains 7 questions, and should take only about 5 minutes to complete. The survey responses will remain anonymous, but if you'd like to receive project email updates, there is a place to leave your email address at the end of the survey.
