AWARD DESCRIPTION
This award, presented by CANTERRA SEEDS, recognizes a retailer who has gone above and beyond to support their customers and community. True to our purpose of growing connection, one field at a time, this award celebrates the individuals and businesses who not only serve as trusted partners in agriculture, but who also contribute meaningfully to the communities they call home.

Nomination Criteria:

Community Involvement - Actively participates in and contributes to community initiatives, organizations, or events that make a positive local impact.

Customer Service Excellence - Goes above and beyond to support farm customers with reliable, personalized, and knowledgeable service.

Relationship Building - Demonstrates a strong commitment to building lasting connections with customers, suppliers, and the broader ag community.

Innovation or Initiative - Shows initiative in finding creative solutions to meet customer or community needs, whether through new programs, outreach, or unique approaches.

Living the Values of Agriculture - Embodies the spirit of Grit, Dependability, Resilience, and Adaptability that Prairie agriculture is known for.

Current Member of CAAR – The Retailer must be a member of CAAR.

The award will be presented at the CAAR 30th Anniversary Gala Banquet on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

Nominations for the awards close on October 15, 2025.
