Feedback for the Department of Social Protection

In conjunction with the department of social protection we are performing an assessment into the accessibility of the Workplace Equipment Adaptation Grant in Ireland.  The results of this survey will be provided to the department of the Minister of State with Responsibilities for Disability and it is an opportunity to provide honest feedback on the accessibility of the grant and your experience with the process.  This information will be used to aid discussions and review of the current application process.

Disclosure:  This survey is being completed by Avail Support, a technology healthcare provider supporting independence for individuals with cognitive disability at home, in education, adult services and in the workplace.  It is anticipated that providing this data to the department will help in making all services more accessible for employers and employees with additional support needs.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us on info@availsupport.com
