Part 1 - General Information
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Castleblayney Community Survey. This survey has been developed by volunteers from community groups, and aims to find out what is needed to support our local town and community.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. It is broken into 4 sections; General; Castleblayney Town, Health & Wellbeing and Lough Muckno.
You do not have to answer all questions. You can choose to skip questions if you do not feel they are relevant or are uncomfortable answering them. Your response will be anonymous as there is no requirement to include your name or other identifiable details.
