FABRY DISEASE PATIENT SURVEY
The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and the Fabry Support & Information Group (FSIG) will hold an Externally Led Patient-focused Drug Development (EL-PFDD) Meeting on Fabry disease. This meeting will touch on all aspects of Fabry disease but will focus on the kidney involvement that often accompanies the disease.
Please complete the survey below so your input can be used to plan this meeting.
This survey is for patients living with Fabry disease (with or without kidney involvement) and their parents and care-partners.
PARENTS AND CARE-PARTNERS: If necessary, please help your child or patient to complete the survey.
