Introduction 

This 360-performance review is used for development purposes.  It will help the management make balanced assessments based on qualitative feedback.   The four components of the 360-performance reviews (self-reviews, peer reviews, subordinate reviews, and manager reviews) work together to provide a holistic perspective on team members’ performance that includes goals, challenges, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
Your answers are crucial for providing your colleagues with insight into how their work is valued by the team as a whole and the feedback they need to help them improve and grow.  Please do your best to provide concise, candid and constructive answers.
