European social partners in the audiovisual sector – CEPI , EURO-MEI, FIAPF, FIA and FIM – invite you to a European workshop on ‘Health & Safety Risk assessment in audiovisual production’.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday 4 February afternoon (15:00 to 18:00) and Thursday 5 February all day (09:30 to 17:30) at Hôtel Littéraire Alexandre Vialatte (16 Pl. Delille, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France) in the context of the International Short Film Festival.
This free workshop is the perfect opportunity to advance your knowledge of health and safety risk assessment in audiovisual productions.
You will learn about key risks related to shooting, and the management of cast and crew Special attention will be given to wellbeing on set — including the prevention of stress, burnout, harassment, and violence, as well as elements of intimacy coordination.
The workshop will also focus on health & safety prevention in France, with the active participation of the two CCHSCT in the sector.
Practical sessions aimed at familiarising workshop participants with French and European ‘Interactive Online Risk Assessement’ (OiRA) tools for audiovisual productions will be organised, guided by Health & Safety experts.
Simultaneous interpretation will be available in English and French.

Les partenaires sociaux européens du secteur audiovisuel – CEPI, EURO-MEI, FIAPF, FIA et FIM – vous invitent à un atelier européen dédié à l’« Évaluation des risques santé sécurité dans les productions audiovisuelles ».
L'atelier se tiendra les mercredi 4 février après midi (15:00 – 18:00) et le jeudi 5 février toute la journée (09:30 – 17:30) à l'Hôtel Littéraire Alexandre Vialatte (16 Pl. Delille, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France) dans le cadre du Festival international du court métrage.
Cet atelier ouvert à tous·tes sera l'occasion idéale d'approfondir vos connaissance en matière d'évaluation des risques. Une attention particulière sera accordée au bien-être sur le plateau, notamment à la prévention du stress, du burn-out, des VHSS, ainsi qu’à la coordination d’intimité.
Une session sera dédiée aux mesures et dispositifs de prévention santé sécurité en France, en présence des deux CCHSCT du secteur: CCHSCT Cinéma et Publicité et CCHSCT Production Audiovisuelle.
Des sessions pratiques, guidées par des expert·es, visant à familiarises les participants·es à l’utilisation d’outils français et européen interactifs en ligne de prévention des risques dans les productions audiovisuelles (OiRA) seront également organisées.
